This Privacy Policy sets out how we process and protect the personal data of people who use the opakuj.com website (in Polish, German and English): what data we collect, for what purpose, how long we keep it, who we share it with and what rights you have. “GDPR” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation).

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is MOVIPAK Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Puławska 166/172 lok. 46, 02-670 Warszawa, Poland, KRS 0000852799, NIP 5213902858, REGON 386659760 (the “Controller”).

2. Contact form

The contact form on the home page and on the Contact page (also in the German and English versions) collects: full name, phone number, email address, company name (if provided), type and dimensions of the load, a link to photos (if provided) and the content of your message, e.g. where the load is located and the planned date.

Your message is sent through the Web3Forms service (provider: Web3Creative), which forwards it by email to our mailbox biuro@opakuj.com.

Purpose and legal basis: answering your enquiry and preparing an offer — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). If your message does not concern entering into a contract or you are writing on behalf of a company — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest: replying to your message and contacting business partners).
Retention period: for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, and then until the limitation periods for any claims expire. If we start working together — also for the duration of the contract and the periods required by law (e.g. tax law).

3. Price calculator

The price calculator on the opakuj.com website lets you check an estimated price for the service. To receive the estimate, you provide: full name, email address, phone number, preferred form of contact and details of the load (e.g. type of load, means of transport, protection, size or dimensions, number of items). You may also voluntarily provide your company name and additional information, e.g. location, date, a link to photos or comments.

We save the request on the server of the website’s hosting provider (OVH) and send it by email to our mailbox biuro@opakuj.com. We send a confirmation of the request with the estimated price to the email address you provided. We contact you about the request in the form you choose (phone, text message, WhatsApp or email). We do not use this data to send marketing messages.

Purpose and legal basis: preparing the estimate and contacting you about the request — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). If you act on behalf of a company — also Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest: contacting business partners).
Retention period: 12 months from sending the request; after that the request is deleted from the server. If we start working together, we keep the data needed for it for the duration of the contract and the periods required by law, and until the limitation periods for claims expire.
Automated estimate: the calculator works out the estimated price automatically from your answers. This is not a decision that produces legal effects for you — we agree the final terms with you individually.

4. Cookies, Google and Meta

The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Necessary cookies are always active — among other things, they remember your choice in the cookie banner. Analytics and marketing tools are only loaded after you give consent in the banner:

Google — tag GT-WKR6NNR (Google Analytics and Google ads): visit statistics (with consent to the “Analytics” category) and measuring the effectiveness of Google ads (with consent to the “Marketing” category);
Meta Pixel (Facebook): measuring the effectiveness of Meta ads and targeting them (with consent to the “Marketing” category).

These tools process online identifiers stored in cookies and information about your device, browser and the pages you visit. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). The data collected by these tools is received by Google and Meta (sections 6 and 7).

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Cookie names, retention periods and details of the tools are described in our Cookie policy.

5. Technical data (server logs)

The hosting server automatically records technical connection data in log files, including IP address, date and time of the visit and information about the browser. We process this data to keep the website running and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the period set in the hosting settings.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We only share it with providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries and that process the data on our behalf (processors):

OVH Sp. z o.o., registered office in Wrocław — hosting: the website runs on OVH servers, where requests from the price calculator and server logs are stored;
cyber_Folks S.A., registered office in Poznań — email: messages from the contact form and requests from the price calculator arrive in the biuro@opakuj.com mailbox;
Web3Creative (Web3Forms service) — forwarding messages from the contact form to our mailbox.

The data collected by the tools described in section 4 is received by Google and Meta. We may also disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

7. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Contact form (Web3Forms): Web3Creative operates from India and uses infrastructure including Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare, so form data may be processed outside the EEA, including in the United States. Such transfers are based on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. According to the provider, messages may be kept in its system for up to 3 years from sending.
Google and Meta: data from the tools described in section 4 may be transferred to the United States. Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. participate in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has found an adequate level of data protection.

8. Do you have to provide data

Providing data is voluntary, but without the fields marked as required in the form we cannot answer your enquiry or prepare an estimate. Consent to analytics and marketing cookies is voluntary — the website works normally without it.

9. Your rights

You have the right to:

access your data and receive a copy of it,
have inaccurate data rectified,
have your data erased — except for data we are required by law to keep,
restrict processing,
data portability for data processed on the basis of a contract or consent,
object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR),
withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe that we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl) or with a supervisory authority in the EU Member State of your habitual residence or place of work.

10. Security, links and changes

To keep the data entrusted to us safe, we apply internal procedures and technical measures intended to prevent the data from being disclosed to unauthorised persons, and we verify that they comply with the law, in particular with the GDPR.

Links to other websites may appear on the website (e.g. Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp). Such websites operate independently of opakuj.com and have their own privacy policies, which we recommend that you read.

We may change this policy when changes in the law, in how the website works or in the tools we use require it. The current version, with the date of the last update, is always available on this page.
