We pack steel structures, hall components, trusses and metal products to protect them from corrosion in transport and during outdoor storage. The film seals the structure tightly, even with irregular shapes and large dimensions.
Why protect it
What the film protects a steel structure from
A structure is exposed to moisture not only on the road but also later, when it stands in a yard waiting for assembly. Shrink wrap film heat-shrunk onto the element seals it tightly and protects it from corrosion in both situations: in transport and during outdoor storage.
The film takes the shape of the structure, so it also covers elements that cannot be packed in a standard way: trusses, sections with sharp edges and oversized products.

Hall components and trusses
We bind open-frame elements together with strapping before wrapping, so the film has something to rest on, and only then heat-shrink it over the whole element.
Metal products
Products coming off the production line, packed before dispatch or before going out to the yard. We match the film thickness to the edges and the storage time.
How we do it
How a job runs
We start with the dimensions and the place where the structure stands. Only then do we choose the film, the equipment and the date of our visit.

- 03Strapping and wrappingWe bind open-frame elements together with strapping so the film has something to rest on. Then we heat-shrink the film with a torch, on site.
- 04Structure readyThe element is sealed tightly: it can go to the building site or wait in the yard for assembly.

Before you send an enquiry
Does the film protect steel during outdoor storage?
Yes. The film seals the structure tightly and protects it from corrosion both in transport and during outdoor storage. For long storage and for elements with sharp edges we choose a thicker film.
Do you pack elements with irregular shapes?
Yes. Film heat-shrunk onto the structure takes its shape, even with irregular shapes and large dimensions. We bind trusses and open-frame elements together before wrapping, so the film has something to rest on.
Is there a size limit?
We have no size limit: we fit the film to the object on site. We also pack loads that standard packaging cannot cover: tanks, silos and oversized elements.
Where do you pack structures?
Wherever the load is: in a hall, a yard, a port or on a building site. We come with film and equipment to any address in Poland. All we need is access to the structure and room to work around it.
